Document Preparation and Presentation System is designed to enable corporations and trade service providers to exchange documents electronically in an environment that leverages their existing systems while providing bank level security, authentication and non-repudiation between parties. Users of the system would be able to upload documents via a web browser without the need to install complex systems and undergo extensive training. Document management services are billed on a transactional basis and there are no membership fees.
